In honor of some gorgeous chandeliers, here is a yummy little cocktail recipe from the Four Seaons in NYC called non other than The Chandelier!
* This delicious delight calls for a french liquor called Pernod, pronounced Pear-no. It is a licorice liquor that may be hard to find so something like Greek ouzo would be a fine replacement.
2 ounces Hendricks Gin
Generous splash of dry vermouth
2 dashes of orange bitters
Generous splash of Pernod
Shake and serve over crushed ice
